YET

ALWAYS ALMOST.

NOT YET campaign hero

01 / THE IDEA

A CHARACTER CAN START WITH A BEHAVIOR.

YET began with a simple behavioral truth: he's always almost ready.

Before there was a name, a color or a world, there was a question:

What does “almost” look like as anatomy?

02 / FINDING THE CHARACTER

DESIGN THE BEHAVIOR INTO THE BODY.

Rather than turning YET into a loading icon or a technology mascot, we built the delay into his physical construction.

Three connected forms. Slightly misaligned.

Round 01 Early Exploration

FIRST READ: OFFSET. SECOND READ: CREATURE.

03 / REFINEMENT

ALMOST ALIGNED. NEVER QUITE.

The strongest direction wasn't the most exaggerated one.

The offset had to be noticeable enough to create tension, but simple enough to become recognizable.

Round 02 Form Refinement
Round 03 Canonical Convergence

HE'S ALWAYS ALMOST READY.

04 / CHARACTER LAW

THE BODY NEVER ARRIVES ALL AT ONCE.

A character isn't finished when the front view works.

We defined YET's proportions, construction, silhouette and movement so the behavior survives across images, animation and physical product.

Round 04 Character Master

OFFSETAlmost aligned. Never quite.

EYESTiny. Quiet. No conventional expression required.

MOVEMENTLower body initiates. Middle follows. Head arrives last.

PERSONALITYHe never looks rushed. He's just late to himself.

05 / FINDING THE WORLD

WHERE DOES “ALMOST” LIVE?

The same character could belong to radically different worlds.

We explored waiting as an institution, waiting as technology, and waiting as anticipation.

Brand World Exploration 001

WAITING ROOMAnalog waiting culture.

PLEASE WAITOptimistic retro-digital systems.

COMING SOONAnticipation as identity.

WE FOUND HIM AT THE AIRPORT.

06 / BUILDING THE BRAND

ALWAYS ALMOST.

We combined the physical world of waiting with the graphic language of status screens, departure boards and systems perpetually in progress.

  • ALMOST READY.
  • ANY SECOND NOW.
  • SOON.

07 / THE TERMINAL

HE'S GOING SOMEWHERE.

WE JUST DON'T KNOW WHERE.

The airport became YET's home turf: a place between here and there, where gates change, flights leave and time passes.

YET remains unbothered.

World 003 The Terminal

THE AIRPORT IS HIS HOME TURF. WAITING IS HIS UNIVERSE.

08 / IDENTITY

THE WORLD HAS TO WORK WITHOUT THE CHARACTER.

The YET identity turns the language of transit into a repeatable visual system: terminal blue, status boards, Gate A16, boarding passes, luggage tags and operational typography.

Identity Master 004

GOOD THINGS TAKE TIME.

09 / THE RESULT

NOT YET campaign hero

FROM BEHAVIOR TO WORLD.

YET started with a behavior.

It left with a character, a movement system, a recurring world and a visual identity built around the space between now and next.
